Payment
Acbuy deducts the product price plus a service fee (typically 5-8%) from your balance. No international payment headaches — you only pay Acbuy directly.
Domestic Delivery to Warehouse
Acbuy purchases the item from the Chinese seller. The seller ships to Acbuy's warehouse in China. This usually takes 3–7 business days.
QC Photos
Once arrived, warehouse staff photograph your item from all angles. You receive an email notification. Review the photos and either approve (GL) or reject (RL).
Consolidate & Ship
When all items are approved, submit a shipping request. Choose your route (DHL, EMS, etc.), add any coupon codes, and pay the international shipping fee.
How to Check QC Photos
When your item arrives at the Acbuy warehouse, staff photograph it from multiple angles — front, back, sides, logos, tags, and soles. These are real images of your actual item, not stock photos.
You then GL (Green Light) to approve for shipping, or RL (Red Light) to request a return or exchange. You have 7 days after warehouse arrival to make this decision.
