Can I return an item after it has been shipped internationally?

No. Once an item leaves the Acbuy warehouse for international shipping, returns to the Chinese seller are not possible. The only return window is during the QC review stage — within 7 days of warehouse arrival.

How long does an Acbuy return or exchange take?

Returns take 5–15 business days: 2–3 days for Acbuy to contact the seller, 3–7 days for the seller to issue a refund or send a replacement, plus 2–3 days for Acbuy to update your account balance.

Does Acbuy charge a fee for returns?

No fee for RL returns due to product defects, wrong items, or significant quality issues. Change-of-mind cancellations before shipping are refunded minus the original service fee (5–8%).

Where does the refund go after an RL return?

Refunds return to your Acbuy account balance, not back to your original payment method. You can use this balance for future orders.

What if my package is damaged during international shipping?

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and damaged items. If you purchased shipping insurance, a claim is filed with the carrier. Without insurance, Acbuy will investigate and may offer partial compensation.
