Create Your Acbuy Account
Visit acbuy.com and register with a valid email. Verify your email, complete your profile with your shipping address and phone number. Top up your balance using PayPal or card.
Find Products to Buy
Browse the Acbuy spreadsheet to discover verified products with QC photos. Each listing includes direct Taobao/Weidian links, pricing in CNY and USD, and estimated weight for shipping calculations.
Submit Your Order
Copy the Taobao or Weidian product link. In your Acbuy account, go to 'Submit Order' and paste the link. Select size, color, and quantity. Add notes if needed (e.g., 'ship without box'). Confirm and pay from your balance.
Wait for Warehouse Arrival
Acbuy purchases the item and the seller ships it to Acbuy's Chinese warehouse. This takes 3–7 days. You'll receive an email notification when it arrives. Your order status changes to 'In Warehouse'.
Review QC Photos
QC photos are automatically taken upon warehouse arrival. Check all angles carefully — logos, stitching, tags, measurements. Click GL to approve or RL to return. You have 7 days to decide.
Consolidate Your Items
Once you've approved (GL) all your items, you can consolidate them into one package. This saves significantly on shipping costs. Acbuy offers free storage for up to 180 days while you accumulate your haul.
Choose Shipping & Pay
Select your preferred shipping method (DHL, EMS, SF Express, etc.). Apply any coupon codes. Review the final cost breakdown and pay. Acbuy ships within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Track & Receive
You'll receive a tracking number by email. Track on DHL.com, 17track.net, or in your Acbuy app. Sign for the package or arrange pickup. If any item has issues, contact Acbuy support within 48 hours.
