Full Acbuy Tutorial: Register, Buy, QC and Ship

This is the only tutorial you need to go from complete beginner to confident Acbuy user. We cover every step — registration, finding products, buying, QC review, shipping, and receiving — with screenshots and pro tips.

Step 1: Create Your Acbuy Account

Visit the Acbuy website and click "Register." Use a valid email address — you will need it for order notifications and tracking updates. Verify your email, then log in. Complete your profile with your shipping address and phone number. Accurate addresses prevent customs delays.

Step 2: Find Products

The fastest way to find products is through our Acbuy spreadsheet. Browse categories, check QC photos, and click product links directly to Taobao or Weidian. Alternatively, find items yourself on Taobao and paste the link into Acbuy.

Step 3: Submit Your Order

On Acbuy, paste the product link into the "Buy for Me" field. Select your size and color from the options. Add any notes (e.g., "Size up one"). Click submit. Acbuy charges your account balance or linked payment method.

Step 4: Wait for Purchase

Acbuy purchases the item from the seller within 24 hours. You will see "Purchased" status in your order list. Domestic shipping to the Acbuy warehouse takes 3-7 days depending on the seller location.

Step 5: Warehouse Arrival & QC

When your item arrives, status changes to "In Warehouse." QC photos are taken automatically. You receive an email notification. Review the photos carefully using our Acbuy QC guide. Click GL to approve or RL to return.

Step 6: Consolidate Your Haul

Once all items are GL'd, select them and choose "Submit for Delivery." Acbuy packs everything into one box. Choose your packaging preferences:

Remove shoe boxes (recommended for weight savings)
Remove tags (optional, for discretion)
Keep original packaging (for resellers)

Step 7: Choose Shipping

Select your shipping method. For USA, DHL is fastest; EMS is balanced. For EU, DHL or EMS both work well. See our shipping guide for detailed comparisons. Enter any coupon codes at checkout.

Step 8: Pay and Ship

Review the final cost breakdown:

Product costs (already paid)
Service fees
International shipping
Insurance (optional, 3% of value)

Pay the balance. Acbuy ships within 24 hours and provides a tracking number.

Step 9: Track and Receive

Use the tracking number on the carrier website. DHL and EMS offer the best tracking detail. Typical delivery: USA 10-15 days, EU 12-18 days. Sign for the package or pick it up from your local post office.

Step 10: Review and Share

After receiving, leave a review on Acbuy to help other buyers. Share your haul photos in the community. If any item has issues, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
